Its easy to take over a place and be the boss….but what isn’t easy is keeping everyone in line. Welcome to Louisville Kentucky home of the world renowned Waverly hills Prison and laboratory. Waverly hills has been famous for many years but not because of its history as a prison….no in the early nineteen hundreds this facility was used as a tuberculosis hospital complete with a death tunnel….the structure still stands but is now something much much darker than a hospital.

Within these walls shifters, elementals, and even a few shady humans are held within the prison. Most are just the shifters and elementals who will be spending the rest of their days here for breaking the law in some way….humans are often let off the hook easier than that. Though one may think it takes a lot to get put in prison in Kentucky the only thing it takes is for you to be something other than a human …..and any other species caught without there collar are sent there immediately crime committed or not.

The shifters and elementals that walk amongst the humans are frowned upon and often kicked out of shops, refused their basic rights, and even pushed to the point where many of these odd species just snap and end up killing so they earn their ride to prison. The warden at Waverly hills is far from kind and goes out of his way to cause the prisoners harm, his staff is no better. They are often sent to the labs for tests to be done on them…..these tests are not the type many come out of alive or the same for that matter.

In a world of humans how does anyone truly survive….many shifters have begun to rebel and elementals are fleeing from the city….but what is to become of the ones that stay?
